No. The downtown commercial district is zoned C-2. This zoning restricts building height to 35 feet with a greater restriction of 25 feet within 100 feet of Lake Dora. There are very strict protections within the comprehensive plan, zoning code, and historic preservation regulations that require buildings to be consistent and compatible with the existing downtown commercial district.
